Abstract
In ventia se refera la o compozitie adeziva sub forma de pulbere, utilizata în industria anvelopelor si articolelor tehnice din cauciuc pentru realizarea unei aderente marite a cauciucului la cordul metalic sau textil. Aceasta compozitie adeziva este constituita din silice activa, hexametoximetilamina, 4,4' izopropil-idendifenol si dibutilftalat. Procesul, conform inventiei se introduce în compozitiile de cauciuc pentru gumarea cordului în asocierea cu rezorcina. Prin utilizarea produsului conform inventiei se reduce la consumul de rezorcina prin includere în compozitia sa a 4,4' -izopropilidendifenolului. Valorile aderentei si indicatorilor fiziomecanici obtinute prin utilizarea produsului, conform inventiei, sunt similare cu cele obtinute cuprodusele utilizate în prezent în acest scop.The valve refers to an adhesive composition in the form of a powder used in the tire and technical rubber industry to achieve a greater adhesion of the rubber to the metal or textile cord. This adhesive composition consists of active silica, hexamethoxymethylamine, 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol and dibutylphthalate. The process according to the invention is introduced into the rubber compositions for gumming the cord in association with the resin. By using the product of the invention it is reduced to resorcinol consumption by including in its composition 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol. The values of adherence and physiomechanical indicators obtained by using the product according to the invention are similar to those obtained with the presently used products.
