Abstract
Inventia se refera la o compozitie peliculogena anticorosiva, aplicabila prin electrodepunere la catod, si reprezinta o perfectionare a inventiei principale cu descrierea nr. 92342. Compozitia peliculogena este formata dintr-o faza solida pigmentarareprezentînd 5-4% în greutate constînd din pigmenti, negru de fum, pigmenti anticorosivi si materiale de umplutura dispersate într-o faza peliculogena reprezentînd 55...95% în greutate constînd dintr-o rasina epoxidica, eterificata partial cu alchilfenoli modificata cationic prin reactie cu amine, grefata si/sau amestecata cu izocianat partial sau total blocat labil ale carui grupe NCO devin active la temperatura, de reticulare a filmului, ambele faze fiind dispersate într-o faza lichida formata în principal din apa demineralizata cu adaos de solventi miscibili cu apa. Compozitia peliculogena este utilizata la protejarea anticorosiva a pieselor metalice în general, a accesoriilor si caroseriilor auto în special.
