Abstract
Amestecul hidrofob, conform inventiei, cuprinde un material de miez ales dintr-un grup care consta din materiale cu macroparticule sau granulare, pe care este depus un prim strat aderent, format din poliuretan filmogen, si un al doilea strat care este legat de acest material de miez prin acest prim strat, cel de-al doilea strat cuprinzînd un oxid coloid al unui element ales dintre: siliciu, titan, aluminiu, zirconiu, vanadiu, crom, fier si amestecuri ale acestora. Procedeul pentru prepararea amestecului hidrofob, conform inventiei, consta în amestecarea, mai întîi, a materialului de baza ales dintre nisip, pietris, reziduuri de la concentratrea minereurilor, cenusa de carbune, roca naturala, zgura de topitorie, diatomit, mangal sfarîmat, rumegus, mica, aschii de lemn, coji de nuca, cu 10...20% în greutate, poliuretan solubil, eventual cu pîna la 10%, în greutate, asfalt si cu 70...90% în greutate solvent volatil, în care poliuretanul si asfaltul sînt solubile, dupa omogeniare solventulfiind îndepartat prin evaporare la cald la temperaturi cuprinse între 90-205 degree C, pîna la maxumum 0,5% în greutate fata de materialul de baza, depunîndu-se astfel primul strat aderent, dupa care se depune cel de al doilea strat aderent constituit de o xidul coloidal hidrofob, eventual în amestec cu un material abraziv sub forma de pulbere, având marimea particulelor mai mica de niu m, de preferinta corindon, în cantitate de pîna la 100% în greutate, fata de oxidul coloidal hidrofob în final, produsul rezultat fiind racit la temperatura ambianta.
