Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor 1,4-dihidro-5H-tetrazol-one-1-aril-4-substituite cu formula generala I : (vezi formula) în care R este alchil cu 1 la 6 atomi de carbon, eventual substituit cu atomi de halogen sau alchenil cu3la 6 atomi de carbon, X1 este clor, X2 este clor sau brom si Z este QR în care Q este o sau NH, R este alchil (H sau CH3)COO, alchil sau alchenil cu 3 la 6 atomi de carbon în care alchilul poate fi substituit cu halogen, alcoxi, alchilitio, alchilsu lfinil, alchilsulfonic sau ciano. Procedeul consta în aceea ca un compus cu formula generala II : (vezi formula) în care X1 si X2 si Z au semnificatiile de mai sus se trateaza cu compusi cu formula generala III: (vezi formula) în care R are semnificatiile de mai sus si Hal este un atom de halogen, reactia avand loc în prezenta hidrurii de sodiu sau a carbonatului de potasiu în mediu de dimetil-formamida, dimetilsulfoxid sau acetona la temperaturi între temperatura camerei si temperatura de reflux.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 1,4-dihydro-5H-tetrazole-one-1-aryl-4-substituted compounds of general formula I wherein R is alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and X is chlorine or bromine, and Z is QR wherein Q is O or NH, R is alkyl (H or CH 3) COO, alkyl or alkenyl with 3 to 6 carbon atoms wherein the alkyl may be substituted with halogen, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl, alkylsulfonic or cyano. The process consists in that a compound of general formula II wherein X 1 and X 2 and Z are as defined above is treated with compounds of general formula III wherein R is as defined above and Hal is a halogen atom, the reaction being carried out in the presence of sodium hydride or potassium carbonate in dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide or acetone at temperatures between room temperature and reflux temperature.
