Inventia face parte din domeniul textil si rezolva problema transformarii în fire tip bumbac a resturilor de tesaturi si tricouri tip bumbac cu continut de fibre poliesterice filate, în principal pe utilaje din filatura de bumbac. Inventia contine ca elemente de baza destramarea bucatilor de tesaturi si tricoturi tip bumbac continand fibre poliesterice în scopul reducerii la minimum a continutului de topituri, cardarea multipla a materialului pentru eliminarea capetelor de fire nedestramate din banda finala de carda cat so pentru reducerea la nivele acceptabile a continutului de nopeuri în rezultate. Procedeul ralizeaza valorificarea superioara a peticelor de tesaturi si tricoturi cu continut de fire PES prin transformarea acestora în fire tip bumbac de finete Nm 10-27 cu caracteristici de aspect satisfacatoare. Procedeul se aplica în folaturile de bumbac.The invention is part of the textile field and solves the problem of cotton wool transformation of cotton scraps and cotton scarves containing filaments of polyester fibers, mainly on cotton spinning machines. The process exploits the superior capitalization of PES woven fabrics and knits by transforming them into fine yarns of Nm 10-27 with satisfactory look characteristics. The process is applied in cotton foams.
