Inventia se refera la o metoda de zdrobire a rosiilor în cîmp, utilizata în industria conservelor de tomate, care prevede tratarea rosiilor zdrobite cu 60 Co, înainte sau dupa reglarea pH-ului acestora cu acid clorhidric sau cu solutie de hidroxid desodiu. Avantajele metodei, conform inventiei, constau în aceea ca permite marirea duratei de pastrare a rosiilor zdrobite de la cîteva ore la 3...4 zile, fara cheltuieli de energie si reducerea pierderilor, prin deprecierea calitatii rosiilor cu 3.. .4%.
