Procedeul de realizare a inelelor de etansare multipla, consta în executarea miezului din cauciuc prin presare-vulcanizare, iar învelisul inelelor prin strunjire dintr-un semifabricat sub forma de bucsa cu ajutorul unui dispozitiv si al unor cutite profilate. Aplicarea inelelor de etansare multipla se face în vederea rezolvarii a doua probleme principale, excluderea scurgerilor mediului etansat si înlaturarea pericolului de patrundere a impuritatilor în spatiul etansat.The invention relates to multi-sealing rings consisting of a rubber core or traction arc and one or two plastic, resistant to temperature, pressure and corrosion resistant coatings, used in the construction of machines with fixed sealing gasket or furniture with contact.
