Abstract
Inventia se refera la inele de etansare multipla, constituite dintr-un miez de cauciuc sau arc de tractiune si unul sau doua învelisuri din material plastic rezistent la temperatura, presiune si coroziune, utilizate în constructia de masini cu garnitura de etansare fixa, sau mobila cu contact. Procedeul de realizare a inelelor de etansare multipla, consta în executarea miezului din cauciuc prin presare-vulcanizare, iar învelisul inelelor prin strunjire dintr-un semifabricat sub forma de bucsa cu ajutorul unui dispozitiv si al unor cutite profilate. Aplicarea inelelor de etansare multipla se face în vederea rezolvarii a doua probleme principale, excluderea scurgerilor mediului etansat si înlaturarea pericolului de patrundere a impuritatilor în spatiul etansat.The invention relates to multi-sealing rings consisting of a rubber core or traction arc and one or two plastic, resistant to temperature, pressure and corrosion resistant coatings, used in the construction of machines with fixed sealing gasket or furniture with contact. The process of making the multi-sealing rings consists in making the rubber core by pressing-vulcanization, and the sheathing of the rings by turning them from a semifinished shaped bush by means of a device and of profiled knives. Applying multiple sealing rings is done to solve two main problems, to avoid leakage of sealing media and to remove the danger of penetration of impurities into the sealed space.
