Conform inventiei conservarea produselor din carne, prin utilizarea produselor din carne, se face prin utilizarea compusului 3-(4-tolilsulfonil) acronitril, care s-a dovedit a fi eficient în inhibarea dezvoltarii bacteriei Clostridium botulinum si a formarii produselor de carne.
