Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea pe cale grnetica a bacteriilor cbligatoriu metilotrope, care cuprinde: izolarea unei plasmide dintr-o bacterie obligatoriu metilotrope, obtinerea din acesta si dintr-o plasmida cu marcaje de selictionare a unei plasmide hibride un replicon propriu bacteriei obligatoriu metilo-rope, introducerea plasmidei hibride într-un organism-gazda si amplificarea în interiorul acestuia, selectionarea clonurilor obtinute si tratarea acestora cu o plasmida conjugativa adecvata pentru înlaturarea defectului de mobilitate conjugarea clonurilor astfel obtinute, cu bacterii, de preferinta libere de plasmide, obligatoriu metilotrope, ca receptor si selectionarea clonurilor dorite.
