Abstract

Procedeul de conservare a vaccinului diftero-tetanic-pertussis, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca fiecare antigen se absoarbe, la pH acid, pe un suport adsorbant mineral, se combina solutiile obtinute, se adauga un material de producctie si un conservant uzual, se adice amestecul la pH 5...6, dupa care se mentine la -35 degree C timp de lo h se ridica temperatura de -35 degree C la 20 degree C pe intervalul de 8 h în continuare de la 20 degree C la 35 degree C pe intervalul de 10 h.
