Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui fir polifilamentar poliesteric constînd în filarea la temperaturi de 275 + - 3 degree C a unei topituri ce contine 5 100% materiale refolosibile de la faza de filare-etirare, plastcompactate cu o turatie a snecului de 1 719 RPM granulate, postpolicondensate într-un uscator rotativ, timp de 10-24 h, temperatura agentului de încalzire de 215-230 degree C, pîna la I.V.= 0,840 + - 0,2, topite în extruder cu temperaturile în cele 5 zone de 272-278 degree C, 282-288 degree C, 287-293 degree C, 282-288 degree C, 277-285 degree C, firele polifilamentare rezultate fiind etirate la un raport de etirare de 5,7-5,8 la temperatura galetilor de 97-103 degree C, 125-135 degree C, 220-230 degree C si apoi prelucrate în conditii în sine cunoscute.
