Abstract
Inventia se refera la o umplutura pentru corpuri izolatoare folosita sub forma de placi sau perne hidro-fono-termoizolatoare si la un procedeu de obtinere a acestora. Umplutura pentru corpuri izolatoare, conform inventiei, este constituita din 55-65% material fibros refolosibil, 35-45% silicat de sodiu cu densitatea 1,3-1,7 materialul fibros este liat, presat, fiind acoperit pe toate fetele cu o folie de plastic. Procedeul pentru realizarea materialului se caracterizeaza prin faptul ca materialul fibros este maruntit, depus sub forma de patura fibroasa, impregnat cu liantul, iar patura fibroasa, astfel impregnata, se preseaza în forme a caror geometrie o reproduce pe cea a corpului ce urmeaza a fi realizat, se usuca si se acopera cu o folie de plastic fixata pe margini prin sudare.
