Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unor rasini fenolformaldehidice flexibile, utilizabile la fabricarea materialelor stratificate, conform caruia, în prima faza se realizeaza flexibilizarea crezonului avînd un continut în metacrezol de minimum 40%, cu uleiuri sicative naturale sau sintetice, care contin în molecula duble legaturi, în raport, în greutate de apoximativ 1:1 la temperatura de 140 degree C, timp de 2...4h, în prezenta de acid sulfuric concenterat, dupa care, în faza urmatoare produsul obtinutr se condenseaza cu fenol si formaldehida, în raport în greutate de apoximativ 1:1, în prezenta de alcooli alifatici, cu greuatet moleculara medie timp de 3,5...4,5 h la temperatura de 80 degree C.
