Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie care permite epurarea si valorificarea integrala în circuit închis a apelor uzate în emisie de fermele de porcine. Procedeul identifica si separa doua tipuri de namoluri unul epuizat, slab prolific, continand material inert compus din suspensii minerale si mineralizate si altul virulent cu grad de profilare maxim si omogen din punct de vedere al calitatii. Instalatia este prevazuta cu doua decantoare închise legate în serie care, servesc la separarea si selectarea namolului anerob în primul separandu-se namolul anaerob epuizat, iar al doilea (decantor-degazor) namolul virulent anaerob. Marimea gradului de recuperare energetica a sarcinii poluante, cresterea autonomiei energetice poluarii mediului ambiant si altele sunt avantaje ale procedeului si instalatie aferente.The invention relates to a process and a plant which allows for the purification and complete use of closed sewage of wastewater in pigs. The process identifies and separates two types of sludge, one depleted, poorly prolific, containing inert material composed of mineral and mineralized suspensions and another virulent with maximum profiling degree and homogeneous in terms of quality. The installation is provided with two closed decanters connected in series, which serve to separate and select the anerobic sludge in first depleting the exhausted anaerobic sludge and the second (decanter-degassor) the anaerobic virulent sludge. The magnitude of the energy recovery rate of the pollutant load, the increase of the energy autonomy of the environmental pollution and others are advantages of the process and the related installation.
