Abstract

Inventia se refera la un calc poliesteric reprezentat de o folie de polietirentereftalat, practicabila pe ambele parti cu o finete de 25...350 miu si un numar de cicluri de utilizare minimum 100000, temperatura de folosire -50 degree C si 150 degree C longitudinal si transversal de maximum 6% în functie de finete, rezistenta la rupere 10...20 kgf/mm2 si o alungire la rupere longitudinal si transversal de 40...170%. Procedeul pentru obtinerea calcului poliesteric consta în introducerea bioxidului de siliciu coloidal în suspensie de etilenglicol, la sfîrsitul reactiei de reesterificare dintre dimetiltereftalat si etilenglicol, în proportie de 0,5...1,2% în greutate fata de dimetiltereftalat la temperatura de 120...130 degree C, dupa care are loc policondensarea la temperatura de 280 degree C, iar banda de polimer extrusa este racita în apa la 30-40 degree C si granulata timp de 60...65 min, granulele fiind apoi uscate cu aer cald în contracurent, timp de 2,5h la temperatura de 180...220 degree C, în functie de finetea calcului ce urmeaza a se realiza, în final polimerul uscat este extrus, etirat longitudinal si transversal, termofixat si racit.
