Abstract
Inventia se refera la un mastic de protectie anticoroziva pentru caroseriile autovehiculelor constituit din 20-30 p/g bitum, 1-10 p/g cerezina speciala, 0,5-5 p/g poliizobutilena cu 3000-5000, 40-65 p/g solvent 5-15 p/g material de umplutura, 1-5 parti bentonita dizolvata în alcool si 0,1-1 p/g triamina alifatoca derivat al acizilor de seu, ce se obtine prin topirea bitumului cerezinei si poliizobutilenei la 60-170 degree C apoi se raceste si se dilueaza cu un solvent alifatic ca de exemplu: whitespirit racindu-se pana la temperatura mediului ambiant cand se adauga celelalte componente si se amesteca pe masina de frecat cu trei valturi (doua treceri) dupa care se face finisarea într-un stender adaugîndu-se solventul constituit de tricloretilena.
