Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de realizare a aderentei suprafetelor nemetalice în vederea metalizarii acestora prin pulverizare, în special, în vederea acoperirii, în scop decorativ a pieselor din material plastic. Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în degresarea suprafetelor pieselor nemetalice cu un solvent organic, cum ar fi, de exemplu, acetona sau tricloretilena, urmata de acoperirea prin pulverizare a acestor suprafete cu un amestec format din particule fine din metalul de acoperire,un întaritor, un accelerator, acetona si o rasina sintetica, dupa care acest strat de amestec depus se lasa sa se întareasca timp de 30 min, suprafata fiind astfel pregatita pentru metalizarea propriuzisa. Prin aplicarea inventiei se realizeaza economii de metal, datorita eliminarii folosirii metalului ca suport pentru metalizare. De asemenea, procedeul permite metalizarea unor piese metalizate cu o configuratie complexa.
