Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la o metoda pentru reglarea raportului aer-combustibil, la arzatoarele de gaz cu aer insuflat, precum si la o instalatie pentru aplicarea metodei de reglare. Metoda pentru reglarea raportului aer-combustibil, consta din utilizarea efectului combinat al reglajului brut al raportului efectuat prin mentinerea unei legaturi rigide între deplasarea a doua organe de executie, montate unul pe conducta de alimentare cu aer, iar celalalt pe conducta principala de alimentare cu combustibil a arzatorului între presiunea gazului si a aerului prin intermediul unui regulator de raport cu actiune directa montat pe o conducta secundara de ocolire a organului de executie de pe traseul principal de combustibil si care realizeaza varierea fina a debitului combustibilului în sensul mentinerii raportului. Instalatia pentru reglarea raportului aer-combustibil este constituita dintr-o clapeta dispusa pe o conduccta principala de alimentare cu combustibil actionate sincron prin intermediul unui motor electric comandat de un regulator de raport cu actionare directa montat pe o conducta secundara, de ocolire si conectat la conductele de impuls cu aer, respectiv cu combustibil.The present invention relates to a method for regulating the air-fuel ratio, gas-injected gas burners, and to an installation for applying the adjustment method. The method for adjusting the air-fuel ratio consists in the use of the combined effect of the gross adjustment of the ratio by maintaining a rigid link between the displacement of two execution members mounted one on the air supply pipe and the other on the main fuel supply pipe of the burner between the gas and air pressure by means of a direct action ratio regulator mounted on a secondary bypass pipe of the main fuel combustion shaft and which achieves the fine variation of the fuel flow in order to maintain the ratio. The device for adjusting the air-fuel ratio is constituted by a flap disposed on a main synchronized fuel feed conduit by means of an electric motor controlled by a direct acting ratio controller mounted on a bypass duct and connected to the ducts impulse with air, respectively with fuel.
