Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a circuitelor imprimate prin metoda aditiva pornind de la suportul electroizolant neplacat cu cupru. Procedeul, conform inventiei în vederea asigurarii aderentei depunerii de cupru, consta în imersarea placii într-o solutie ce contine 50% acid sulfuric chimic pur si 120 g/l bicromat de potasiu timp de 5.....20 min urmata, de o spalare si apoi o a doua imersare într-o solutie de 10% acid fluorhidric sau 20% acid fluorboic timp de 2-10 min.
