Abstract
Inventia se refera la o compozitie pentru colorarea poliolefinelor, constituita din 25-40% pigmenti organici, anorganici sau amestecurile acestora, 5-15% agenti de dispersie pe baza de saruri metalice ale acidului stearic si 45-70% material de înglobare constînd din polietilena de joasa densitate în amestec cu oligomeri ai etilenei conditionati în raport de 0,75-1,0 pîna la 2,5:1,0 si la un procedeu de obtinere a acestei compozitii, în care se supune plastifierii într-un malaxor la temperatura de 125-140 degree C polietilena împreuna cu oligomerul conditionat timp de 3-4 min, dupa care se adauga în cuva malaxorului un amestec format din pigment, agentul de dispersie si se continua malaxarea timp de 7 min la temepratura de lucru, dupa care amestecul se omogenizeaza 5 min pe valt si apoi se granuleaza.
