Abstract

Compozitia pentru colorarea poliolefinelor, conform inventiei, este constituita din 20-40% pigmenti organici sau anorganici sau amestecurile acestora, 5-15% fata de greutatea pigmentului agenti de dispersie neionici pe baza de alchil-fenoli, alcooli sau esteri ai glicerinei cu diferite grade de etoxilare si un suport de înglobare pe baza de polietilena cu un indice de curgere la topire cuprins între 2...20. Procedeul de obtinere a compozitiei, conform inventiei, se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca polietilena se malaxeaza timp de 3 min la temperatura de 130 degree C dupa care se adauga jumatate din cantitatea de pigment si jumatate din cantitatea de agent de dispersie, se compoundeaza timp de 1 min, apoi se adauga si cealalta jumatate din cantitatea de pigment si agent de dispersie, continuîndu-se malaxarea timp de 7 min la temperatura de 130 degree C.
