Abstract
Medicamentul, conform inventiei, contine ca sursa de fier lacatul de fier care în asociere cu acetilrutosidul (rutacilul) si acidul ascorbic, realizeaza în mediul apos un fier bivalent chelat stabilizat de sistemul redox rutacil-acid ascorbic. Medicamentul este activ în tratamentul anemiilor feriprive, iar refacerea hematiilor se realizeaza într-un timp mai scurt decît cu alte forme de fier. Existenta în compozitie a unui factor de permeabilitate, rutacitul face ca rezistenta globulara a hematiei sa se îmbunatateasca foarte mult. Medicamentul este bine tolerat digestiv.
