Abstract
Medicamentul, conform inventiei, contine ca sursa de fier lacatul de fier care în asociere cu acetilrutosidul (rutacilul) si acidul ascorbic, realizeaza în mediul apos un fier bivalent chelat stabilizat de sistemul redox rutacil-acid ascorbic. Medicamentul este activ în tratamentul anemiilor feriprive, iar refacerea hematiilor se realizeaza într-un timp mai scurt decît cu alte forme de fier. Existenta în compozitie a unui factor de permeabilitate, rutacitul face ca rezistenta globulara a hematiei sa se îmbunatateasca foarte mult. Medicamentul este bine tolerat digestiv.According to the invention, the iron-containing iron source, which in combination with acetylrutoside (rotacyl) and ascorbic acid, produces in the aqueous medium a chelated bivalent iron stabilized by the rotacyl-ascorbic redox system. The drug is active in the treatment of iron-deficiency anemias, and the recovery of the red blood cells occurs in a shorter time than other forms of iron. The existence of a permeability factor in the composition, rotation, makes the globular resistance of the hematite greatly improved. The drug is well digested.
