Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a sulfului granulat din minereuri cu continut redus de sulf, supuse în prealabil macinarii si concentrarii prin flotatie pentru obtinerea unor suspensii apoase avînd un raport solid:lichid de 1:2...1:6 si un continut de peste 50% sulf liber în faza solida, suspensii care dupa adaugarea unor reactivi de precipitare a ionilor Ca2+ si mg2+, de corectare a pH-ului, cu efecte de suprafata si pentru formarea picaturilor cu diametre mari, se supun autoclavizarii sub presiune de 2,5...3,2 kgf/cm2 si agitare, prin introducere directa de abur, procedeu conform caruia, folosind un amestec de reactivi format din 1,5 kg carbonat de sodiu, 3kg tripolifosfoat de sodiu dizolvat în apa si 3 l motorina saturata cu sulf, sau din 6,25 l solutie silicat de sodiu, 460 g/l si 3 l motorina saturata cu sulf, la 1 m3 suspensie si efectuînd evacuarea pernei de aer din autoclava, în timpul încalzirii, dupa aceasta evacuare a pernei de aer, se începe presurizarea pentru atingerea presiunii de regim în timp de 12...14 min, se mentine apoi presiunea de regim timp de 20...25 min, dupa care autoclava se depresurizeaza lent pîna la 1,2...1,4 kgf/cm2, timp de 10 min si apoi brusc timp de 1,5...2 min, rezultînd, în final, dupa racire la sub 96 degree C, separare si spalare, granule de dimensiuni 0,8...8 mm.
