Abstract
Procedeul conform inventiei recupereaza indisponibilitatile de putere ale centralelor care ard lignit de calitate inferioara prin introducerea de praf de carbune suplimentar într-o instalatie centrala de macinare si uscare a lignitului, dotata cu surse proprii de producere a gazelor de uscare. Instalatia conform procedeului este prevazuta cu o moara din care este evacuat amestecul compus din gaze de ardere, vapori de apa proveniti din uscare si praf de carbune. Acest amestec intra apoi într-un aparat de separare a prafului de carbune, de unde gazele sunt evacuate cu un ventilator, iar praful de carbune este colectat într-un buncar intermediar, de unde un alimentator introduce praful de carbune într-un ejector unde se amesteca cu aerul comprimat dupa care este insuflat la baza arzatoarelor existente în termocentrale.The process according to the invention recovers the power unavailability of plants that burn low-grade lignite by introducing additional coal dust into a central mill for crushing and drying the lignite, equipped with its own sources of drying gas. The installation according to the process is provided with a mill from which the mixture consisting of combustion gases, water vapor from the drying and coal dust is discharged. This mixture then enters a coal dust separator, where the gases are exhausted with a fan, and the charcoal is collected in an intermediate bunker, from where a feeder introduces coal dust into an ejector where it mix with the compressed air after which it is injected at the base of the burners in the thermal power plants.
