Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unui condensat ureoformaldehidic, utilizabil la prepararea spumelor solide, conform caruia, se efectueaza în prima faza amestecarea formaldehidei cu apa si uree, la un raport molar formaldehidic: uree de 2,2:1,7 si la un pH cuprins între 6,3 si 6,8, apoi se adauga hexametiletetramina în proportie de 2...15% în greutate fata de produsul final uscat, la o temperatura cuprinsa între 40 degree C si 80 degree C si pH de 8,5...10, se încalzeste amestecul la 90...95 degree C si se condenseaza în prezenta de catalizator acid, se neutralizeaza, se adauga uree pîna la atingerea unui raport molar formaldehidic/uree de 1,2-1,4 si se condenseaza în continuare la temperatura de 85...90 degree C pîna la atingerea vîscozitatii de 80...120 cP.
