Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unor polieteri polioli pentru spume poliuretanice rigide, conform inventiei, se efectueaza aditia unor alchilenoxizi alesi dintre etilenoxid, propilenoxid la polioli cu functionalitate ridicata alesi dintre glicerina, pentaeritrita, sorbita, zaharoza, glucoza, la temperatura de 70...160 degree C si presiune de 1...8 kgf/cm2, în mediu de solventi alesi dintre benzen, toluen, dimetilformamida, în raport în greutate de 0,5...2:1 fata de poliol, utilizînd drept catalizator amine cu împiedicare sterica mica, de ordinul a 2 grupe CH3/atom N, alese dintre dimetilamina solutie apoasa 40...50% trimetilaminoetanol, dimetilaminopropanol, dimetilamina cianochelati în proportie de 1...10% în greutate fata de amestecul de polioli, urmata de distilarea solventului si a monomerului nereactionat si recircularea acestuia în proces.
