Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a extractului total de Cnicus benedictus, caracterizat prin aceea ca 5 parti pulbere de Cnicus benedictus se macereaza, la temperatura camerei, cu un amestec alcool etilic 70 degree , dupa 24 h se percoleaza o cantitate de 2 parti percolat I si se continua percolarea cu acelasi solvent, pentru obtinerea a 3 fractiuni a1, a2, a3 de cîte 5 parti de solutie extractiva, în continuare alte 3 parti planta se macereaza în conditiile de mai sus cu prima fractiune a solutiei extractive a1, la care s-a adaugat glicerina, se percoleaza dupa 24 h o cantitate de 3 parti percolat II si apoi, folosind ca solutie extractiva cele trei fractiuni a1, a2, a3, se percoleaza, în continuare, pentru obtinerea a cîte 3 parti solitii extractive b1, b2, b3, în continuare alte 2 parti planta se macereaza cu 1 parte din solutiea extractiva b1, la care s-a adaugat glicerina, si se percoleaza dupa 24 h, o cantitate de 5 parti percolat III, cele 3 percolate obtinute, I, II, III, se reunesc si constituie cantitatea totala de extract fluid obtint, partile exprimate în greutate.
