Abstract

Procedeu de obtinere a serurilor hemostat OAB, ce consta în aceea ca, plasma obtinuta prin plasmaforeza de la donatorii de sînge de grup OAB, ce prezinta titru mai mic sau egal 1/256, aviditate mai mare de 45 secunde si specificitate se defibrineazacu trombina, se centrifugheaza la 4 degree C, timp de 30 min, se concentreaza printr-o membrana de dializa dupa care se filtreaza în conditii sterile.
