Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie de ardere a paielor sau a materialelor asemanatoare, în vederea obtinerii gazelor calde, folosite în diferite procese tehnologice, ca, de pilda, pentru uscarea unor produse agricole, îndeosebi porumb sau cereale. Procedeul conform inventiei, consta în transportarea paielor maruntite într-un curent de aer, separarea aerului de transport, comprimarea materialului combustibil si introducerea continua într-un focar unde este semicarbonizat si ars prin insuflare de aer proaspat, gazele de ardere rezultate fiind apoi trecute la o utilizare ulterioara dupa ce li s-au îndepartat cenusa continuta, instalatia fiind construita dintr-un canal de transport al paielor, legat la un separator al aerului unde cu ajutorul unui melc de transport paiele se comprima si intra într-un cuptor cu cuva unde ard. gazele de ardere rezultate se trec într-un separator, pentru înlaturarea materiilor solide si apoi sunt evacuate pentru o folosire ulterioara.
