Abstract

Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru fixarea unui rulment la efectuarea controlului, îndeosebi a unui rulment radial etansat atunci cînd se determina momentul lui de frecare. Dispozitivul, conform inventiei, consta dintr-un arbore nedeplasabil axial, una din extermitatile acestuia fiind în legatura cu un mecanism de declansare a miscarii de rotatie, iar cealalta fiind prevazuta cu un dorn care serveste pentru fixarea rulmentului supus controlului într-un orificiu si care patrunde în cavitatea bucsei coaxiale, în care este prevazut un lacas pe perimetrul ei exterior pentru fixarea rulmentului supus controlului, bucsa este antrenata în directia de rotire, datorita frecarii ce se naste în timpul rotirii pe suprafetele functionale ale rulmentului supus controlului si, eventual, si pe suprafetele de frecare ale garniturii de etansare.The invention relates to a device for fixing a bearing to the control, in particular of a radially sealed bearing when determining its friction moment. According to the invention, the device consists of an axially non-replaceable shaft, one of its screws being connected to a rotational movement triggering mechanism, the other being provided with a mandrel which serves to secure the control bearing to an orifice and which enters into the cavity of the coaxial bush, in which there is provided a cavity on its outer perimeter for fixing the bearing to the control, the bush is driven in the direction of rotation due to the friction that is born during rotation on the functional surfaces of the bearing subject to control and possibly also on the friction surfaces of the sealing gasket.
