Abstract

Procedeul pentru pulverizarea unui lichid, conform inventiei, permite eliminarea uzurii prin coroziune a canalului de curgere la pulverizare si consta în trecerea lichidului în directia de evacuare care se face printr-o deschidere de forma conica îngustata catre capatul tubului. îngustarea canalului creeaza o presiune marita de-a lungul peretelui, care crestere este astfel, încît în anumite circumstante, presiunea cel putin la locul unde mediul paraseste duza este mai mare decît la exteriorul duzei, deci neputînd avea loc un reflux al substantei solide din patul fluidizat în canal. Totusi trebuie acordata o deosebita atentie ca diametrul cel mai mic decît diametrul interior al deschiderii de curgere al tubului de alimentare cu lichid, în scopul de aîmpiedica uzura cauzata de curgerea lichidului de-a lungul peretelui duzei. în general este suficient daca numai partea terminata a canalului de curgere a pulverizatorului este prevazuta cu o parte îngustata a duzei de curgere este conectata la partea cilindrica printr-o suprafata de tranzitie...
