Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a fibrelor acrilice cu proprietati îmbunatatile de antistatizare care în scopul mentinerii proprietatilor fizico-mecanice si a gradului de alb, se cofileaza doua amestecuri de solutii filabile avînd ca solvent solutii de 80-100% carbonat de etilena în apa amestecul I fiind un polimer acrilic de greutate moleculara 50000-80000, în concentratie 14-17%, la temperatura de 60-90 degree C, amestecul II un polimer acrilic de gr. moleculara 30000-60000, în concentratie de 6-1+% polimer acrilic si 6-10% negru de fum fin dispersat sub 0,5 niu la temperatura de 50-70 degree C, dupa care filamentele rezultate sunt supuse etirarii la un raport total de etirare de 1:5-1:7, iar dupa spalare, avivare, uscare, încretire se amesteca în proportie de 1....10% cu fibre acrilice normale.
