Abstract

Procedeul de extractie a uranului din solutii fosforice acide conform inventiei, cu continut de 20....55% P2O5 si 100....200 mg/1U total rezultate prin atacul acid al rocilor fosfatice necalcinate prevede contactul în trepte în contracurent la un raport faza apoasa faza organica de maximum 6:1, cu un acid alchil pirofosforic cu 4....20 atomi de carbon, dizolvat într-un diluent uzual si de preferinta în kerosen si continînd un adaos de agent modificator un alcool alifatic cu 4.....20 atomi de carbon nemiscibil cu apa, urmata de oxidarea cu apa oxigenata si de striparea uranului continut în faza organica prin contact în trepte de preferinta în contracurent cu solutie de carbonat alcalin si de preferinta cu carbonat de amoniu la un raport faza apoasa faza organica de maximum 6:1 dupa care agentul de extractie saracit în uraniu se spala de solutia de stripare antrenata se complecteaza cu solutie de acid alchilpirofosforic proaspat, cu adaosurile corespunzatoare de karosen si agent modificator si se se recircula iar din solutia de stripare, dupa separarea oxizilor de fier si a esterilor ortofosforici antrenati din agentul de extracsie se precipita si se separa uraniu, fie sub forma de uranil tricarbonat de amoniu fie sub forma de carbonat de uranil, care se descompune în continuare termic pentru obtinerea U3O8, iar solutia de stripare se complecteaza cu cantitatile necesare de CO2 si NH3 si se recircula. în scopul optimizarii conditiilor de extractie, se aduce în contact solutia fosforica acida, de preferinta la maximum 58 degree C, cu solutie de acid izodecilpirofosforic 10.....150h/1 în kerosen cu un adaos de 1 mol modificator ales între n-o
