Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru confectionarea formelor fara rame de formare, fiind alcatuita din mai multe posturi de lucru, unde se realizeaza semiformele, pentru ca, prin asamblarea acestora, sa rezulte formele de turnare. Pe o linie a unor dispozitive de lucru sunt amplasate, perpendicular, niste linii transportoare, în care se realizeaza cele doua semiforme. Forma gata realizata este scoasa din ramele de formare, ca apoi ramele respective sa fie reintroduse în ciclul tehnologic.
