Abstract

Inventia se refera la un aparat pentru producerea paturilor (împîsliturilor) din fibre de sticla, pentru producerea materialelor izolante din fibre de sticla sau filtre din fibre de sticla, prin generarea unei multimi de curenti gazosi de fibre care se deplkaseaza, în general, într-o directie orizontala, conducerea respectivilor curenti gazosi de fibre si deformarea lor din directia orizontala dupa o directie orientata, în general, în jos, catre o suprafata mobila de colectare perforata, devierea selectiva a unuia sau mai multor curenti gazosi fata de pozitia paralela cu restul de curenti gazosi pentru a influenta locul de depunere a fibrelor pe suprafata de colectare si colectarea fibrelor din curentii gazosi ai fibrelor pe suprafata mobila de colectare si colectarea fibrelor pe suprafata mobila de colectare, perforata sub forma unei paturi (împîslituri) de fibre de sticla; procedeul consta în atomizarea unei solutii de liant sub forma de ceata si de localizarea reglabila a cetii respective în apropierea si dedesubtul capetelor deschise ale tuburilor de formare; respectivii de curenti gazosi de fibre sunt generati de pe partile laterale opuse ale unui plan care se extinde vertical, în directia planului respectiv, si în care conductia catre în jos a curentilor de fibre are loc în planul vertical respectiv; atomizarea unei solutii de liant sub forma de ceata si dispunerea reglabila a cetii respective în apropierea si dedesubtul capetelor deschise ale tuburilor de formare.
