Abstract
Inventia se refera la un derivat de benzen, utilizat ca agent purtator de caldura, caracterizat prin aceea ca are structura corespunzatoare formulei generale: (vezi formula) în care n are valoarea 1...5 si este un produs lichid cu aspect de ulei de culoare galben-brun, cu greutate specifica la 20 degree C de 0,977...0,978 g/cm3, caldura specifica la 25 degree C de 0,35 kcal/kg, vîscozitate la 20 degree C de 300...350 Ps, punct de aprindere prin metoda Marcusson de 208 degree C, punct de ardere de 227 degree C. Procedeul de obtinere a derivatului conform inventiei se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca se aduc în reactie cu benzenul cu dicloretanul, în raport molar de 4:1 pîna la 6:1, temperatura de reflux, în prezenta unei cantitati de 0,04...0,07 mol/1 clorura de aluminiu, produsul de reactie fiind supus apoi distilarii la presiunea atmosferica, pentru îndepartarea excesului de benzen si apoi la 5...10 torr si 140...200 degree C, pentru separarea fractiunilor volatile care pot fi, eventual recirculate în proces.
