Abstract
Produsele de lubrifiere utilizate la prelucrarea fibrelor acrilice se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca sînt constituite din esteri si/sau diesteri ai acizilor grasi C19...C22 cu alchilpoliglicoli cu formula generala HO-(CH2-CH2-O)m-O-R în care R este 4...20, de preferat 6...16, R este (vezi formula în pag.1 a descrierii), R' este Cn H2n si n este 4...20 de preferat 8...12. Procedeul pentru obtinerea produselor de lubrifiere este caracterizat prin aceea ca reactia de esterificare are loc în topitura, în doua trepte, la temperatura de 90...150 degree C, de preferat 110...130 degree C, în prezenta de H2SO4 de densitate 1,84, drept catalizator, care se adauga în proportie de 0,02...0,20% gravimetric fata de masa de reactie, de preferat 0,05...0,10%, îndepartarea apei de reactie realizîndu-se, în prima treapta, cu ajutorul unui curent de azot de 0,5...5m3/h la un vid de 40...400 mmHg, iar în treapta a II-a cu ajutorul unui vid fe 4...40 mmHg, reactia de esterificare fiind urmata de neutralizarea produselor de reactie, care se realizeaza în topitura, la temperatura de 80...100 degree C, sub agitare timp de 2...10 h, sub un vid de 4...40 mmHg prin adaos de alcanolamine, în proportie de 1...5% gravimetric fata de masa de reactie de preferat 2,5...4%.
