Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unei pulberi de termocolare pe baza de poliamida 6 cu diametrul particulelor cuprins între 520 si 200 miu, utilizate în industria confectiilor, constînd în aceea ca se efectueaza polimerizarea hidrolitica a epsilon-caprolactamei continînd clorura de litiu în proportie de 1...10%, de preferinta 4...7% gravimetric, în prezenta unei cantitati de 0,5...2%, de preferinta 0,5...0,9% gravimetric apa demineralizata, raportat la lactama, si a unei cantitatide 0,08...25%, de preferinta 0,10...0,2% gravimetric, acid 0-fosforic, raportat la lactama, la o temperatura de 230...280 degree C, de preferinta 240...250 degree C, sub agitare continua, dupa care polimerul astfel obtinut se solidifica sub forma de perle de dime nsiuni mici prin pulverizarea topiturii, sub presiune de azot, într-o baie de solutie apoasa saturata de clorura de litiu, aflata sub agitare puternica, perlele de polimer astfel obtinute fiind apoi centrifugate, spalate cu apa, uscate în vid, macinate si sortate prin sitare pe site mecanice.
