Procedeul de formare a suprafetei polimerilor expandati liber într-o treapta din amestecuri de lichide caracterizat prin aceea ca în scopul usurarii realizarii pe suprProcedeu de formare a suprafetei polimerilor, conform caruia pe suprafata polimerului ce urmeaza a fi spumat se mentine perpendicular pe peretii înconjuratori cu curent fortat de substanta gazpasa, de preferinta aer. Procedeul este utilizat în industria materialelor plastice.
