Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a carbonatului de calciu precipitat, prin reactia clorurii de calciu cu carbonat de sodiu, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, în scopul asigurarii unei granulometrii a produsului finit cuprinsa între 1 si 10 miu m, se supun reactiei lesia finala rezultata din industria sodei amoniacale, cu carbonatul de sodiu, în prezenta de 0,05...0,4% acid lauric sau 1...4% sapun lauric de sodiu fata de carbonatul de calciu rezultat, reactia fiind efectuata la temperatura mediului ambiant, într-un timp de reactie de 1...5 s si un timp de omogenizare a amestecului de reactie de 0,1...0,5 s, urmat de un timp de maturare a suspensiei de carbonat de calciu de 0,75...3 min, din amestecul de reactie impuritatile fiind eliminate prin filtrare.
