Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a pietrelor refractare pentru arzatoare cu impuls. Pietrele pentru arzatoare cu impuls conform inventiei se obtin dintr-o masa usor lucrabila care se pune în opera prin stampare ceea ce permite realizareaunor forme complexe si precise excluzînd folosirea de utilaje complicate de presare ca în cazul fasonarii pietrelor refractare. Structura granulometrica a amestecului, modul de fasonare si tratamentul termic confera pietrelor corespondenta optima în tre proprietatile lor de rezistenta la soc termic si abraziune si conditiile impuse de arzatoarele cu impuls, respectiv: -cresterea temperaturii de 20 pîna la 165 degree C, în mai putin de o secunda; viteza de ejectare a gazelor arse de peste 20m/s. Pietrele pentru arzatoare cu impuls realizate dupa procedeul conform inventiei prezinta avantajul unei economii substantiale de combustibil, faza de ardere fiind exclusa din tehnologia acestora, si usurinta în montare si demontare, micsorând durata de stationare a cuptorului.The invention relates to a process for obtaining refractory stones for impulse burners. The impulse burner stones according to the invention are obtained from a lightweight workmanship which is put to work by stamping, which allows the realization of complex and precise forms excluding the use of complicated pressing machines as in the case of refractory stones. The granulometric structure of the mixture, the shaping method and the thermal treatment give the stones the optimal correspondence with their properties of resistance to thermal shock and abrasion and the conditions imposed by the impulse burners, namely: - raising the temperature from 20 to 165 degrees C in less a second; the exhaust gas velocity of over 20m / s. Stones for impulse burners according to the invention have the advantage of a substantial fuel economy, the combustion phase being excluded from their technology, and ease of assembly and disassembly, reducing the furnace's stationary time.
