Inventia se refera la un procedeu de tratare a firelor textile, în special a atei de cusut, caracterizat prin aceea ca firele, sub forma de sculuri, se trateaza cu o flota care contine 9...10 g/l agent de tratare, format din 15...25% ulei de parafina, 5...10% ulei de ricin sulfatat, 10...25% ceara textila BC, 20...25% emulsie de ulei siliconic, la temperatura de 55...65 degree C, timp de 30...40 min, raportul de flota fiind de 1:10.
