Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui unguent antiacneic care în scopul realizarii unei actiuni antimicrobiene si a unei tolerante cutanate bune, în cazul afectiunilor cu fenomene de suprainfectie, înglobeaza sukfatul de neomicina într-o baza hidrofilam raportul fiind de 2 : 100 ingredientele bazei hidrofilie fiind supuse toropirii, împreuna cu polietilenglicolul, polietilenglicolul 6000, polipropilenglicolul tweenul 80, parafina lichida, lanolina si alcoolul cetilic, asociate într-un raport de 14:18:6:5:10:5:10:10 la amestecul topit se adauga apa încalzita la 60....70 degree C se omogenizeaza si se raceste.
