Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv destinat masurarii debitului de gaz, ce curge prin conducte cu viteze mici. Dispozitivul conform inventiei, se compune dintr-un ax transversal ce se roteste cu o viteza unghiulara constanta, fiind prevazut cu un antrenor si cu clapeta libera. Pozitia instantanee a antrenorului aflat în miscare de rotatie, este citita pe un disc, solidar cu axul. în miscare sa axul antreneaza clapeta din pozitia ei de repaus si o ridica ajungînd sa obtureze din ce în ce mai mult conducta de trecere a gazului. Functie de debitul gazului si greutatea proprie a clapetei aceasta va fi antrenata de gazul în miscare cu o viteza unghiulara mai mare decît cea a axului. Astfel clapeta trece printr-o pozitie de echilibru instabils, dupa care cade în pozitia de repaus. Ajungerea clapetei în pozitia de repaus este sesizata de un senzor optic, datorita obturarii de catre clapeta a unui fascicul luminos emis de o lampa. Dupa revenirea clapetei în pozitia de repaus axul se roteste în continuare pîna cand antrenorul ajunge în contact din nou cu clapeta, începînd un nou ciclu de testare a debitului. Timpul de efectuare a unui ciclu de testare este proportional cu debitul de gaz.The invention relates to a device for measuring the flow of gas flowing through pipes at low speeds. The device according to the invention consists of a transversal spindle rotating at a constant angular velocity, being provided with a coach and the free flap. The instant position of the coach moving in rotation is read on a disc that is integral with the spindle. In its movement, the shaft trains the flap from its resting position and raises it by becoming more and more obstructing the gas passage. Depending on the gas flow and the weight of the throttle itself, it will be entrained by the moving gas at an angular velocity greater than that of the spindle. Thus, the flap passes through an unstable equilibrium position, then falls into the rest position. When the throttle is reached in the rest position, it is sensed by an optical sensor due to the clamping of a light beam emitted by a lamp. After the throttle returns to the rest position, the spindle continues to rotate until the coach contacts the flap again, starting a new flow test cycle. The run time of a test cycle is proportional to the gas flow.
