Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie orizontala cu mai multe etaje pentru concentrarea lichidelor asimentare prin evaporarea apei din produsul pulverizat pe peretii interiori ai unor tevi ale unui fascicul tubular încalzit cu abur. în scopul dispersiei lichidului sub forma de con în amonte de fiecare placa tubulara a fiecarui vaporizator, se introduce cîte o placa suport cu duze cu doua sau mai multe duze dispuse echidistant pe un arc de cerc, cu centrul în prelungurea axului tubului respectiv. în centrul fiecarui arc de cerc se gaseste un con dispersor avînd un unghi la varf cuprins între 18 degree si 37 degree fixat în placa cu ajutorul unei piulite astfel ca vîrful conului sa patrunda în placa, iar baza lui sa patrumda coaxial în tubul respectiv. Baza conului dispersor este prevazuta cu o degajare în forma de trunchi de con, astfel ca supeagfata interioara a degajarii sa formeze în sectiune axiala un unghi cuprins între 70 si 21 degree cu suprafata exterioara a conului dispersor valorile unghiului alfa scpzînd în sensul fluxului tehnologic.The invention relates to a multistage horizontal installation for concentrating the fluids by evaporating water from the pulverized product on the inner walls of some pipes of a steam-heated tubular beam.
