Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru executarea prin strunjire a lentilelor si a oglinzilor de tip Fresnel, precum si a matritelor pentru aceste elemete. Procedeul cuprinde urmatoarele operatii tehnologice: se fixeaza un semifabricat pe un platou al unui strung, dupa care se pozitioneaza unu cutit într-un dispozitiv goniometric automat, în sine cunoscut, astfel încat rotirea unui sector port-cutit fata de corpul dispozitivului, vîrful sau sa ramâna fix, dupa care dispozitivul se fixeaza pe sania port-cutit deplasîndu-se niste sanii fata de un batiu, pîna cînd vîrful cutitului atinge piesa la centru, urmata de rotirea sectorului pîâna cînd taisul face cu axa OZ un unghi pozitiv sau negativ oarecare prestabilit, stabilind, apoi, în ordine, turatia ioptima a piesei, în ordine, turatia optima a piesei si avansul radial, egal, cu pasul profilului activpâna cînd se realizeaza un flanc, dupa care se retrage sania longitudinala pentru functionarea autoamta, astfel ca avansu,l transversal al saniei, sectorul împreuna cu cutitul avanseaza spre piesa si se roteste automat în jurul vîrfului cutitului, realizînd astfel flacul activ, adîncimea de aschiere realizîndu-se prin deplasarea manuala sau automata a saniei poer-scula cu un surub prin intermediul unei came sau al unui motor.The invention relates to a process for turning the lenses and mirrors of the Fresnel type, as well as the molds for these elements.
