Abstract
Pocedeu de obtinere a unui complex de enzime proteolitice din pestele marin care consta în faptul ca pestele marunt sau viscerele de peste oceanic, în stare proaspat sau congelat, se trateaza cu un amestec de acid fosforic si fenol, se mentine la temperatura ambianta, dupa filtrare supernatantul se lasa la rece cînd se depoziteaza un precipitat alb ce reprezinta primul volum de compus de enzime proteolitice, iar supernatantul se trateaza cu acetona si se obtine al 2-volum de complex de enzime proteolitice.
