Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui adeziv de reumectare, utilizat de înlocuitor de clei animal, pe suporturi sintetice sau de hârtie în industria de ambalaje si industria mobilei, sau ca adaos la pasta de chibrituri, care se obtine prin dizolvarea polialcoolului vinilic în apa la temeratura de 70...80 degree C, timp de 2...3h, sub agitare continua, dupa care solutia de 10...15% polialcool vinilic astfel obtinuta fie se precipita cu solutia apoasa 15% sulfat de sodiu la un raport volumetric de 1:1, apoi gelul obtinut se redizolva la 70...80 degree C în raport, precipitat:apa, 2:1, rezultând o solutie adeziva cu vâscozitatea de 3450 cP la 20 degree C si un continut de solide de 18%, fie la solutia apoasa 10...15% polialcool vinilic se adauga 10...15% pulbere de polialcool vinilic, obtinându-se un adeziv cu vâscozitatea 5000...6000 cP la 70 degree C si un continut de solide de 24...25%.
