Prin turnare în tipare (matrite) se obtin elementele de constructie de forma si dimensiunile dorite, care apoi sunt supuse uscarii si arderii capatând astfel rezistenta mecanica.The invention relates to a light construction material with superior thermal and pheno-insulating characteristics and to a process for obtaining it. The simple and energy-efficient production process is based on the consolidation of a silicate foam by the addition of silicon materials in the form of powder. By casting in molds (molds) the construction elements of the desired shape and dimensions are obtained, which are then subjected to drying and burning, thus acquiring mechanical resistance.
